Course cancellation by SPIRAL Foundation:
Should SPIRAL Foundation need to cancel any program the participant is entitled to either a full refund or a credit equal to their payment that may applied to the new course date (if applicable) or to another SPIRAL program or product. Should a program need to be cancelled SPIRAL Foundation will endeavor to alert participants as soon as possible via email, telephone, or social media announcement.
Course cancellation by participant:
To cancel a registration the participant must contact us SPIRAL
Live in-person events: If the participant cancels with more than five (5) days’ notice, the participant is entitled to a refund of the full payment minus a 15% administrative fee. If the participant cancels with less than five (5) days’ notice the participant is not entitled to any refund. If the participant cancels for any reason at any time the participant is entitled to a credit equal to their payment, minus a 15% administrative fee, that may be applied to another SPIRAL program or product.
Distance – interactive events: In the event of participant cancellation the participant is not entitled to any refund except in the event of extreme circumstances, e.g. inadvertent double registration, as recordings of distance – interactive events are made available to all participants regardless of whether they are able to attend live. If the participant cancels for any reason, prior to any course materials (e.g. handout, recordings etc) being made available, the participant is entitled to a credit equal to their payment, minus a 15% administrative fee, that may be applied to another SPIRAL program or product.
Distance – independent courses: The participant receives immediate access to course materials and therefore is not entitled to any refund except in extreme circumstances e.g. inadvertent double purchase.
Refund Policy for Physical Goods:
Returns:
You may return most new, unused physical goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us SPIRAL with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items: Digital products or downloads, opened or used items, and clearance or final sale items
are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photos of the damage and will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds: Any refund will be issued to the original
method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive
notice of course cancellation or receive and inspect the returned item.
